Launched in 2024 as part of our 20th anniversary celebrations, Community Port Day was created to give residents a firsthand look at the excitement of cruise days in Corner Brook. The event was so warmly received that it has become an annual tradition on our waterfront.
Each year, we invite the public to experience our cruise welcome program, explore the dock, and enjoy a day filled with local markets, live entertainment, food vendors, and family-friendly activities. Thanks to the support of our local logistics partners, the 2025 event also introduced a behind-the-scenes glimpse into cargo operations — a feature we plan to continue as part of our ongoing effort to showcase all facets of Port life.
Community Port Day is our way of opening the gates, celebrating our region’s role in global trade and tourism, and saying thank you to the community that makes it all possible.
